1. Concrete mixing and cooling

In highway, high-speed rail, tunnel, hydropower, dam, and bridge projects—many of which involve large-volume concrete construction—it is essential to prevent cracking in thick concrete sections. Enhancing project quality requires reducing the heat of hydration and lowering the concrete’s placement temperature. To this end, our company has introduced advanced foreign technologies and equipment. Our newly developed, engineer‑designed industrial chiller system for concrete batching plants produces chilled water at low temperatures, enabling a reduction in the concrete’s discharge temperature to below 15°C. Meanwhile, cement, aggregates, and sand yield superior quality when processed at ambient temperatures of 20–30°C; however, summer ambient temperatures are high, leading to elevated water temperatures that can hinder mixing. By employing an industrial chiller specifically tailored for concrete batching plants—capable of supplying chilled water at 0–10°C or an ice‑water mixture at 0–2°C—we fully meet national standards for process‑cooling requirements in concrete‑temperature control during quality inspections.

2. Tunnel Cooling

During tunnel construction, temperatures inside the tunnel can exceed 40°C, and conventional fans are insufficient for effective cooling. In such cases, it is necessary to use a chiller‑fan system or directly deploy low‑temperature air coolers to deliver chilled air into the tunnel, thereby achieving adequate space cooling.
