1. Coated glass

Large-capacity chillers are often required, typically achieved by combining multiple screw-type chillers. Before startup, the coating production line must be heated to a specified temperature; once operational, it generates its own heat, necessitating chilled water cooling to maintain a low temperature.

2. Tempered glass

Ordinary glass is heated to a high temperature and then rapidly cooled; the cooling water must not be too hot, as this could compromise the tempering quality. Industrial chillers are used to supply chilled water for cooling, and the water temperature remains unaffected by ambient conditions, thereby ensuring product quality.

3. 3D glass hot bending and cooling

During operation, a 3D glass hot-bending machine first heats the glass and uses a constant‑temperature chiller to precisely control the temperature, ensuring a high yield of qualified products. Depending on factors such as the number of workstations, heating power, and circulating water flow rate, the appropriate model of constant‑temperature cooling chiller is selected.
