1. UV curing

Features: Stepless dimming + water cooling + metal halide lamp = energy saving + low temperature + high efficiency. The lamp chamber employs both water cooling (using Chuanben chiller’s chilled water) and air‑cooled heat dissipation. An insulating quartz glass shield is installed beneath the lamp tube, effectively reducing the surface temperature of the illuminated object, protecting delicate items from thermal deformation, and extending the lamp’s service life.

2. Ultrasonic cleaning

Research has demonstrated that when ultrasonic waves propagate through a liquid, the collapse of each bubble generates an extremely powerful shock wave, equivalent to the instantaneous creation of temperatures exceeding several hundred degrees Celsius and pressures reaching thousands of atmospheres. This phenomenon is known as “cavitation.” Ultrasonic cleaning leverages the shock waves produced by bubble implosion in the liquid to clean and scour both the internal and external surfaces of workpieces.

The second ultrasonic wave propagates through the liquid, causing both the liquid and the cleaning tank to vibrate at the ultrasonic frequency. As the liquid and the tank oscillate, they each have their own natural resonant frequency; this vibrational frequency corresponds to the ultrasonic wave’s frequency, which is why people hear a humming sound.

The optimal cleaning temperature for water‑based cleaning solutions is 40–60°C. Particularly in cold weather, if the solution’s temperature is too low, cavitation is weak and the cleaning performance suffers. Consequently, some ultrasonic cleaners incorporate electric heating coils wrapped around the exterior of the tank to regulate the temperature; as the temperature rises, cavitation becomes more readily initiated, leading to improved cleaning results. However, as the temperature continues to increase, the gas pressure inside the cavitation bubbles grows, causing a reduction in the resulting acoustic pressure—demonstrating the combined effect of these two factors.
