Applications of pharmaceutical biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical reactors, and chillers for medical equipment:
1. During the production and storage of pharmaceuticals and biologics, it is essential to maintain a low‑temperature, low‑humidity environment. A typical solution involves using a chiller unit that employs diethylene glycol as the refrigerant to deliver chilled fluid at temperatures ranging from –5°C to –35°C, thereby providing the necessary cooling capacity for such conditions. When continuous cooling is required even in winter, the chiller can be equipped with a specialized control system that enables it to operate effectively at ambient temperatures as low as –15°C. This equipment is also used for the rapid cooling of active pharmaceutical ingredients, helping to prevent drug degradation.

2. Pharmaceutical reactor: During the distillation stage, a chiller supplying water at around 0°C is required for rapid cooling, which can significantly enhance production efficiency. Moreover, by precisely adjusting the outlet water temperature, the reaction process can be effectively controlled, thereby improving product quality.
3. Medical equipment: For example, MRI systems must provide a reliable cooling source continuously.
