Product Overview
Chuanyang Refrigeration’s air-cooled screw chillers are widely used for constant-temperature cooling in industrial applications such as chemical processing, electronics, plastics, batteries, food production, pharmaceuticals, printing, and machining. They help boost your product output and safeguard your production equipment. Customizable as low‑temperature models, with chilled water outlet temperatures ranging from 0°C to –30°C and adjustable settings.
Unit Features:
1. Electrical enclosure: Constructed from high-strength steel sheet with a powder-coated finish, it is manufactured using state-of-the-art patented precision machining to ensure resistance to rust even when exposed to acidic or alkaline gases.
2. Compressors: Equipped with internationally renowned brands, including Germany’s Bitzer and Taiwan’s Hanbell series compressors, offering high cooling capacity and quiet operation.
3. Condenser/evaporator: Equipped with condensers and evaporators from well-known brands that hold national pressure vessel certification.
4. Automatic energy‑efficiency adjustment at Level 4 or zero‑energy mode—saving both power and hassle.
5. Equipped with comprehensive safety protection and indication functions, ensuring the unit operates safely and reliably.
6. Protection rating: IP54.
7. The chiller’s water system is pressure-tested at 0.9–1.0 MPa, while the refrigerant system is tested at 3.5–4.0 MPa, both undergoing high‑intensity pressure testing.
8. Equipped with Siemens and Taiwan Bangpu controllers, featuring the MODBUS‑485 protocol, enabling remote monitoring via network connectivity (optional).
9. Fully Chinese-language human-machine interface, with dynamic monitoring, real-time adjustment, and a sleek, sophisticated design.
10. After being calibrated on an automated constant-temperature test bench, the unit is shipped from the factory, ensuring optimal performance and enabling 24-hour continuous operation.

ColdKing parking heaters do not require a catalyst
ColdKing heaters do not need a catalyser thanks to the very effective burning process. The exhaust values of our heaters are already on a very low level within the legal requirements.

Can I become your agent on certain market?

Do I need to buy other parts after I receive the parking air conditioner?
It’s a whole package with all parts needed. For rooftop parking air conditioners, Freon is prefilled, so all you need to do is install and connect it to battery. For split air conditioners without Freon, all you need to do is ask a mechanic to install and fill Freon at suggested amount.
How Long Can Parking Air Conditioner Keep Working With Battery Of My Vehicle?
It depends on the capacity of battery equipped by your vehicle, working mode of air conditioner you select and the target temperature you set. Kindly remind that once the target temperature is reached, the compressor will stop working no matter which working mode is set by users.
Example 1: 12V/100Ah battery, strong cooling mode, compressor works in 50% of time, can sustain around 2.8h (100Ah/70A/50%=2.8) of running.
Example 2: 24V/180Ah battery, standard cooling mode, compressor works in 70% of time, can sustain around 9.5h (180Ah/27A/70%=9.5) of running.
What is the power of the heater?
The power of different heater models varies, generally ranging from 2000 to 5000 watts. You can view the power parameters of specific models on the product details page.
What is the service life of the heater?
Under normal use and maintenance, the service life of the heater can reach 10 years. We also provide comprehensive after - sales maintenance services to ensure your usage experience.
Is the heater safe?
The product has multiple safety protection functions, such as overheating protection and short - circuit protection, to ensure safety during use. At the same time, all products have passed strict safety tests and meet international safety standards.
