Product Overview
Chuanyang Refrigeration’s cabinet‑type water‑cooled chillers are widely used in industrial applications such as chemical processing, electronics, plastics, batteries, food production, pharmaceuticals, printing, and machining to provide stable temperature control and cooling. They help boost your product output and safeguard your production equipment. Customizable low‑temperature models are available, with outlet water temperatures ranging from 0°C to –30°C and adjustable settings.
Unit Features:
1. Housing: Constructed from high-strength steel sheet with a powder-coated finish, it is manufactured using state-of-the-art patented precision machining to ensure resistance to corrosion in acidic and alkaline environments. It features built-in caster wheels with swivel joints and adjustable feet.
2. Compressors: Equipped with internationally renowned brands—Panasonic from Japan and Copeland from the United States—offering high cooling capacity and quiet operation.
3. Condenser: The shell-and-tube condenser is manufactured from aluminum-brass, offering enhanced corrosion resistance, excellent heat dissipation, easy cleaning and maintenance, and convenient installation.
4. Evaporator: Features a 304 stainless steel tank‑coil design and provides a continuous supply of chilled water, reducing heat absorption from the environment, enhancing cooling efficiency, and ensuring greater safety and hygiene.
5. Water Pump: Standard models are equipped with stainless steel pumps from Nanfang and Lingxiao, featuring a two-stage motor that delivers high efficiency, low power consumption, strong pressure, low noise, minimal temperature rise, and easy maintenance.
6. Water Path: All components in contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel.
7. Refrigerant expansion valve: The entire product line uses Danfoss and Emerson expansion valves.
8. A well-known Taiwanese brand, Bangpu microcomputer control, features built-in comprehensive intelligent monitoring and protection, including motor temperature control, phase sequence monitoring, manual reset lockout, oil temperature monitoring, and precise temperature regulation within a ±1°C tolerance. Special models can achieve a precision of ±0.1°C.
9. All electrical appliances are from the French brands Schneider or LG, offering high efficiency, environmental friendliness, safety, and long service life with excellent resistance to aging. They feature integrated protection and control functions, including water‑cut-off, low‑temperature, low‑pressure, freeze‑protection, phase‑loss, phase‑reverse, delayed start, overload, motor‑overheat, and oil‑pressure differential monitoring.
10. The refrigerant standard employs the stable, high‑performance R22; environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R407C, R410A, R134A, and R404A are also available upon request.

ColdKing heaters do not need a catalyser thanks to the very effective burning process. The exhaust values of our heaters are already on a very low level within the legal requirements.

Can I become your agent on certain market?

Do I need to buy other parts after I receive the parking air conditioner?
It’s a whole package with all parts needed. For rooftop parking air conditioners, Freon is prefilled, so all you need to do is install and connect it to battery. For split air conditioners without Freon, all you need to do is ask a mechanic to install and fill Freon at suggested amount.
How Long Can Parking Air Conditioner Keep Working With Battery Of My Vehicle?
It depends on the capacity of battery equipped by your vehicle, working mode of air conditioner you select and the target temperature you set. Kindly remind that once the target temperature is reached, the compressor will stop working no matter which working mode is set by users.
Example 1: 12V/100Ah battery, strong cooling mode, compressor works in 50% of time, can sustain around 2.8h (100Ah/70A/50%=2.8) of running.
Example 2: 24V/180Ah battery, standard cooling mode, compressor works in 70% of time, can sustain around 9.5h (180Ah/27A/70%=9.5) of running.
What is the power of the heater?
The power of different heater models varies, generally ranging from 2000 to 5000 watts. You can view the power parameters of specific models on the product details page.
What is the service life of the heater?
Under normal use and maintenance, the service life of the heater can reach 10 years. We also provide comprehensive after - sales maintenance services to ensure your usage experience.
